Below you will find links to many activities and games that can be useful in helping your child to master third grade math concepts and prepare for the upcoming AIR. 

 

MULTIPLICATION.COM

Multiplication.com is a free website which deals with differnt types of multiplication. There are links to: games, videos, fact quizzes, and many other resources. The students play this regularly during math workshop and are very familiar with the games on the website.  

 

 

SHEPPARD SOFTWARE

Sheppard Software is a free website which provides math games in all five Common Core domains. Students can choose games in specific domains and play them to enhance their math skills. 

 

 

 

KHAN ACADEMY

Khan Academy is a free site that is individualized to each student. Students log-in with DP email and password and complete tasks toward class mission. Always complete teacher recommended tasks first. 

 

Additional Games

Room Recess, Cool Math, and Hooda Math are additional free websites that provide games by grade level and category. They are "fun" sites for students that incorporate learing and games.  

 

 

 

MATH JEOPARDY

The day before each math test, we play Math Jeopardy! in class as a way to review. The link below will take you to a Google Doc that has links to all of the Jeopardy! games.
